NB! When transferring money to your private account, make sure you always press "Return to merchant", so the SportID system will get a response that the transaction has taken place.

If the button was not pressed or the money hasn't been transferred for any other reason, please send a receipt of payment to info@sportid.com and we will transfer the money to your account.

Paying via regular payment, a personal reference number has to be used that can be found by clicking on "Add money" on the left (1) and "or use regular payment" (2).
