If any of these happened:
- You sold customer ticket of wrong service,
- You sold the ticket to wrong customer,
- the sale happened multiple times and customer was charged more that intended,
- You activated/used wrong purchased ticket,
- the sale is not possible due to the technical errors,
then please contact SportID customer service immediately on email firstname.lastname@example.org or chat on Chat in Knowledge base site.
We will fix the error and return the money to the customer.
