If any of these happened:

  • You sold customer ticket of wrong service,
  • You sold the ticket to wrong customer,
  • the sale happened multiple times and customer was charged more that intended, 
  • You activated/used wrong purchased ticket, 
  • the sale is not possible due to the technical errors, 

then please contact SportID customer service immediately on email info@sportid.com or chat on Chat in Knowledge base site. 

We will fix the error and return the money to the customer.
