Cashier system



1. Log in to the SportID system.


2. Choose a role in the system (service provider account).




3. The cashier button can be found on the service provider's profile, on the left. It is displayed in every view:


4. If needed, choose a point of sale and enter the client's name or personal identification code.


5. Check the information and then click "OK"


6. If the customer has purchased tickets then you can activate the suitable one and if not then please choose a service (or multiple)you would like to sell. Check the information again and click "OK".


7. Check the payment information and click on "PAY".

If needed, you can change the price of the service from the box below.



8. The transaction will be displayed at "Finances", under the subheading "Sale transactions".

From the calendar you can choose the period of transactions and also filtrate them by name, payer, description or sum.


Client comes to the service provider with a prepaid ticket


1. Log in to the SportID system.


2. Choose a role in the system (service provider account).


3. The cashier button can be found on the service provider's profile, on the left. It is displayed in every view:


4. Enter the client's name, personal code or ticket number.


5. Check the information and then click "OK"


6. From then on you can see all the active tickets connected to the point of sale and client.


7. Click on  and "OK".


A confirmation will appear at the top of the screen: .


8. The transaction will be displayed under "Finances", under the subheading "Sale transactions".

The transactions can be filtered by name, payer, description or the sum.


One should pay attention to the yellow and grey services. 

When the service is yellow it will be compensated partly. 

The rest needs to be paid by the client on site.

With grey boxes, the client doesn't have enough SportID funds or the service is not compensated by their employer.

With the grey services, the client has to pay the whole sum on site.


What can I do if I make a mistake in using cashier system?

I am not sure if the sale was successful. What can I do to check that?


Service groups' categories explained:

Trainings*: all services that promote the movement

Events*: public sport events

Rehabilitation**: massages, spa services, water park, sauna

Training and nutritional consulting: exercise and nutrition plans

Sporting goods: sports goods, sports nutrition

Medical services**: health examinations, analyzes, studies, dentistry, the clinical psychologist

Insurance*: payments for medical insurance

Other: beauty services


* - services are tax free

** - tax free are only services that are provided by rehabilitation therapist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, clinical speech therapist or clinical psychologist entered in the state register of health care professionals or holding a corresponding professional certificate
