Creating an account

If you don't have an account:

1. Go to SportID's homepage.

2. A personal account has to be created in order to create an account for your services. Every service provider has to have an administrative account.


If you have an account or just created one:

1. Log in.

2. Click on your name on the right and choose "Create new group".

3. Choose "Service provider" and click "Next".


4. Fill in the missing information and click "I'm done".


If you offer services in multiple locations, click  and add a new location where you sell your services.


You can also add a new point of sale from "Sales&Services", under the subheading "Points of sale".


When adding a new point of sale, please fill in all of the necessary information.

NB! You can only add an employee as a cashier manager that has been added to the service provider group.

How can I add an employee?


Joining SportID is always free. 

Anyone can join who have services in the following categories: trainings, medical services, insurance, sports events, rehabilitation, sporting goods and transportation or training and nutritional consulting (more categories coming soon).

Creating a SportID service-provider account is free of charge and allows you to sell your services without limits. The SportID+ and SportID+Pro packages allow you to get your services to the right users and arrange special sales and discount campaigns. In addition, these packages allow you to withdraw sales money in any amount and an unlimited number of times each month. With SportID+ and SportID+Pro, a service fee is charged according to the agreement that we make.


How to change general information (legal name, language, contact information)

1. Log in to the SportID system.

2. Choose a role in the system (service provider account).


3. Choose "Settings"

Under "General" one can find language settings and billing information.

Under "Edit profile" you can add/change contact and general information.


How to change the service provider's profile available to the public, add offers and photos/videos?


1. Log in to the SportID system

2. Choose a role in the system (the service provider's account)

3. Choose "Sales & Services" and then "Points of sale".

Click on "Points of sale", then "Change" and "Change public page information" or "Change promotions"


How to add/edit the services and tickets on SportID?

1. Choose a role (the service provider).

2. Choose "Sales and services".

3. Pick a service and a ticket for that service.

Categories explained:

Trainings: all services that include moving

Events: public sports events, competitions

Rehabilitation: massages, spa services, sauna complexes

Training and nutritional consulting: workout plans and healthy eating plans

Sporting goods and transportation: sport items (f.e. dumbbells, clothes)

Medical services: health analysis, clinical psychologist

Insurance: health insurance, dental insurance, medical insurance

Other: beauty services


NB! More services are added regularly!


Example:

Service: Classical massage

Ticket name: 60 minutes

1. Pick a category that matches the type of the service.

2. Prior registration required - if an appointment is needed to be set (massage, group training)

3. Tax exemptions - if you check the box, you certify that your service is nonprofit

4. Purchasable from/until - used during a campaign. Under the "Sales options", a selection has to be made under which conditions the ticket is sold.

5. Ticket is active - the ticket can be seen by a customer on the service provider's profile

6. Pre-sale option - the ticket can be bought in advance

7. Valid for several days - the ticket can be used X days after making the purchase. For example: if a client buys a 10x gym card, the client has 90 days to redeem their ticket at the service provider. The redeemed ticket is valid according to the terms and conditions of the service provider.

8. On sale at - If the service is available at all of the points of sale, select all, if not, then select the ones that it is sold at.


Changing a service


In order to change a service, click on the little arrow after the checkbox on the left. (1)

From here, one can change/add tickets (2) and change the overall settings of the service (3).


If you want to add a ticket, click on "Add new ticket" and fill in all all the necessary information. From the same window, the existing tickets can be deleted one by one. 

Setting the "SportID price" is not mandatory. 

If you wish that SportID clients get a cheaper price, mark the prices according to the example:

Price and availability at the point of sales can be changed manually, for that check the box next to the point of sale and change the price on the right:


Cashier system


1. Log in to the SportID system.

2. Choose a role in the system (service provider account).


3. The cashier button can be found on the service provider's profile, on the left. It is displayed in every view:


4. If needed, choose a point of sale (1) and enter the client's name and personal code:


5. Check the information and then click "OK"


6. Choose a service (or multiple) (1), click "OK" (2).


7. Check the payment information (1) and click on "PAY".

If needed, you can change the price of the service from the box below (3).

8. The transaction will be displayed at "Finances", under the subheading "Sale transactions".

From the calendar you can choose the period of transactions and also filtrate them by name, payer, description or sum.


Client comes to the service provider with a prepaid ticket

1. Log in to the SportID system.

2. Choose a role in the system (service provider account).


3. The cashier button can be found on the service provider's profile, on the left. It is displayed in every view:

4. Enter the client's name, personal code or ticket number.


5. Check the information and then click "OK"


6. From then on you can see all the active tickets connected to the point of sale and client.


7. Click on  and "OK".


A confirmation will appear at the top of the screen: .


8. The transaction will be displayed under "Finances", under the subheading "Sale transactions"


Billing


1. Log in to the SportID system.

2. Choose a role in the system (service provider account).


3. Choose "Finances"

4. From the left, choose .

5. Fill in the missing information (Payment reference nr. is not mandatory) and click

You can check the status of the withdrawal on the right.


After the first withdrawal, the information will be saved in the system. The information can still be changed with every withdrawal. It is not mandatory to withdraw the whole amount, the service provider has a chance to accumulate as much money in the SportID system as it wants to.

The withdrawal request will be confirmed according to the withdrawal terms. For SportID+ clients the payment will be confirmed within 3 working days and for regular SportID clients within 14 days. After the payment has been confirmed SportID will send a confirming invoice to email.


There is no need to bill SportID, the invoice will be composed according to the accounting.

The money for the bought and used tickets can be withdrawn from the SportID system:

- minimum sum of 15€

- once a month


SportID+ clients


The money for the bought and used tickets can be withdrawn from the SportID system:

- any sum of money

- unlimited times a month


The service fee of the + package will be automatically removed from the sum that is withdrawn.
